Our Discussion

We will create an admin panel (Website) for your app in which an admin can login, then view any complaint with Photos or video(max 10 second) along with a text, then the admin can notify the user that its complaint has been seen by them and action is being taken by them. Third Part is for users of App that there will be a points system for them according to the nature of complaint. Admin can view each user’s points. Points system’s table has already been shared by you with us over Whatsapp.
We also discussed the urgency of this project. We agreed to deliver this project to you within 3-4 working days after acceptance of this proposal.
